Terms of service

The rules for using SavEdge: your account, memberships, offers, gift cards and points.

Effective 10 October 2026Updated 10 October 202612 min read

1.About these terms#

These terms are an agreement between you and NHP Technology Private Limited (“SavEdge”, “we”, “us”), which runs the SavEdge app and website. By creating an account or using SavEdge you accept them, together with our privacy policy and refund policy.

Shops that partner with SavEdge and companies that reward their people through SavEdge sign separate agreements with us. Those agreements apply to them in addition to these terms.

2.Who can use SavEdge#

  • You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a contract under Indian law.
  • You need an Indian mobile number. SavEdge is offered in India only.
  • The information you give us must be true and kept up to date.
  • One person, one account. Accounts can’t be shared or transferred.

3.Your account#

You sign in with a one-time code sent to your mobile number. Keep your phone and SIM secure: anything done in your account is treated as done by you. If you think someone else has used your account, tell us straight away at info@savedge.in.

You can delete your account at any time from Profile → Delete account in the app. See what happens when you do.

4.Membership and free trial#

  • A membership unlocks member offers at partner shops for the period you pay for — for example a month or a year. The plans and prices on offer are always shown in the app before you pay.
  • Memberships are a one-time payment and do not renew automatically. When your period ends, your membership simply stops until you choose to buy again.
  • New members may be offered a free trial. A free trial is once per person and needs no payment. We decide which offers are open during a trial, and the app shows you which ones are.
  • We can change plans and prices for the future. A change never affects a membership you’ve already paid for.
  • Membership fees aren’t refunded once the membership is active, except as set out in our refund policy.

5.Offers at partner shops#

  • Offers — a percentage off, a flat discount, a free item or a deal price — are provided by the shop. Each offer shows its own conditions in the app, such as a minimum bill, when it ends and how often you can use it.
  • To use an offer, tap Redeem and scan the shop’s SavEdge QR at the counter before you pay. An offer counts as used once it’s redeemed.
  • Offers have no cash value and can’t be exchanged, sold or combined with other offers unless the offer says so.
  • Some offers can be sent to a colleague or friend as a gift. Once accepted, a gifted offer belongs to the person who received it.
  • We review every shop and offer before it goes live, but the shop is responsible for the goods and services it sells. If a shop doesn’t honour an offer, tell us within 7 days and we’ll take it up with them.

6.Packages#

A package is a bundle of offers from one or more shops sold for a set price. What’s included, and until when, is shown before you buy. Each offer in a package works like any other offer. Packages aren’t refunded once bought, except as set out in our refund policy.

7.Gift cards#

  • Gift cards are issued by the brand through our partner Pine Labs. The brand’s terms — including validity and where the card can be used — are shown on each card in the app and apply to your card.
  • Your card code appears in the app once it’s issued. Treat it like cash: anyone with the code can use it.
  • Gift cards can’t be cancelled, returned or exchanged once issued. If an order fails and no card is issued, we refund you automatically.
  • Questions about using a card at the brand are answered by the brand; we’ll help you reach them.

8.Points from your company#

If your employer rewards you through SavEdge, it may add points to your account.

  • Points aren’t money. They have no cash value and can’t be withdrawn, sold or transferred to another person.
  • You can spend points to pay bills at partner shops and to buy gift cards. Meal points can only be used at the food and drink places marked for them.
  • Points expire on the date shown in your wallet. When you spend, your oldest points are used first.
  • Your employer runs its own rewards programme and may add, adjust or take back points under it — for example when you leave the company. Questions about why you received points are best asked of your employer.
  • A bill you pay with points is final once the shop has confirmed it, except as set out in our refund policy.

9.Payments#

Prices are in Indian rupees and include applicable taxes unless the app says otherwise. Payments are processed securely by Razorpay; your bank or card issuer’s terms also apply. We send an invoice for every purchase to your account.

10.Reviews and what you post#

Reviews should be honest, about your own experience, and free of abuse, hate, personal details of others or advertising. By posting, you let us show your review, with your name, in SavEdge and on our website.

We may remove content that breaks these rules or the law.

11.Fair use#

You agree not to:

  • create more than one account, or fake accounts, for example to get extra free trials;
  • sell, share or advertise offers, codes or points outside SavEdge;
  • copy, misuse or tamper with a shop’s QR code, or redeem an offer without buying from that shop;
  • scrape, reverse-engineer, overload or interfere with SavEdge or its security;
  • use SavEdge for anything unlawful or fraudulent.

If we reasonably believe you’ve broken these rules, we may cancel affected offers, points or orders, and suspend or close your account. Where we can, we’ll tell you why and give you a chance to respond.

12.Our content and brand#

The SavEdge name, logo, apps and website belong to NHP Technology Private Limited. Shop names, logos and brand gift card designs belong to their owners. We give you a personal, non-transferable right to use the SavEdge app for its intended purpose — nothing more.

13.Changes to SavEdge#

We keep improving SavEdge, so features, shops, offers and brands change over time. Shops can end their offers, and we may pause the service for maintenance. We’ll give notice of big changes where we reasonably can.

14.Our responsibility to you#

We provide SavEdge with reasonable care and skill. Shops are responsible for the goods and services they sell, and brands for their gift cards.

As far as the law allows, we aren’t responsible for indirect or unforeseeable losses, and our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the amount you paid SavEdge in the 12 months before it arose. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 or any liability that can’t be limited by law.

15.Governing law and disputes#

These terms are governed by the laws of India. If something goes wrong, please talk to us first — most problems are solved quickly. If we can’t resolve it, the courts at [To fill: city] will have jurisdiction, without affecting your right to approach a consumer commission.

16.Complaints and grievance officer#

Write to info@savedge.in for anything about your account, or to our Grievance Officer (details in our privacy policy). We acknowledge complaints within 24 hours and resolve them within 15 days.

17.Changes to these terms#

We may update these terms. We’ll change the date at the top and, for important changes, tell you in the app before they take effect. If you keep using SavEdge after that, the new terms apply; if you don’t agree, you can delete your account.
